The New York Times recommends this as the first thing to do during a visitor's "36 Hours in Louisville." You'll also learn about A DARK ROOM IN GLITTER BALL CITY, David's next book—out in October 2021!

Specializing in "America's Most Haunted Neighborhood," we depart from the corner of Fourth and Ormsby, at the transitional edge of the neighborhood. If you love old architecture and spooky history, this is the tour for you! If you do not like an up-and-coming neighborhood with a diverse racial make up, this tour is not for you! If you can't go 100 minutes without a bathroom, this is not for you!

The tour was very entertaining and enjoyable. Our guide did an excellent job of detailing the history of old Louisville. Would definitely recommend!

It was ok. Guy was nice enough, but quiet. Hard to hear, and didn't wait for everyone to catch up. He was knowledgeable, but not very entertaining in his delivery. Very dry.

The guide was there to do a private group tour, but didn’t tell those of us not in the private tour that it was a private tour. The information he gave about one of the houses (The Murder House) was not accurate according to a neighbor that walked up while the guide was talking about the house. The guide also didn’t have a microphone so the all the group couldn’t hear.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry for the mixup, but you purchased tickets for the 7:30PM tour and joined a private group for their 7PM tour. We're still not clear why you would you decided to depart at 7PM when the guide called for that tour to start though you had tickets clearly marked for 7:30PM. You received an email confirmation with the exact time of your tour as well as the name of your guide and her cell number. This guide, a female, also directly texted you confirmation of the time of the tour and her name, yet you went off a half hour early with a male guide. When your assigned guide then texted you at 7:30PM looking for you, you didn't want to come back and join the correct tour. Also, the information about the "Murder House" is 100% accurate. Our guides have photos and documents on their phones to support every part of that story. The disgruntled neighbor does not know what he is talking about.
