Bus was there waiting for us. Previous emails told us where to go. Arrived at airport safe and sound. Would recommend this company and would use again.

The driver and staff were friendly and efficient. The shuttle runs every 15 mins from the Cruise terminal to the airport so there is very little wait if you miss the previous shuttle. The driver was very safe in the morning traffic and we were at the airport in no time. would highly recommend the shuttle for your return to Seattle and the airport.

The service was good, and funny our driver from from our home town FINDLAY OH and just moved out to Seattle to work for Seattle Express. Only complaint I have is the shuttle we were on needs new SHOCKS the ride to airport was extremely uncomfortable, rough and bumpy. Also the people I talk to on the phone 3x for info were very helpful and nice. Thanks Brad Lococo
