Don’t pay for this. There was no boat for us we arrived early but were told if we had gotten there earlier we could have made it as the boat had just left. Why did they not text us and tell us to come earlier?Our time was 4:30 and we got there at 4:15 and the boat was just leaving and we couldn’t get on.

Planned departure was 10:50, they asked via email to be there 15mins before, but there was no boat or staff, until 11:40, then had to wait for another 30mins to depart. We felt like 2nd class people..

We pay this experience to go on Ellis Island, make a stop at the immigration Island and the tour was supposed to take 90 minutes. What a surprised we and other peoples have when the staff tell us that we will only go in front of the Statue of Liberty and come back ??? A real scam
