I am really bummed to have to write a negative review but I am super disappointed with this company. I bought this to surprise my family and our flight was cancelled the morning of. I tried to call the company but they "are not currently accepting calls" - WHAT? I sent them an email, and no response. It seems like really bad customer service if you cannot update the company of last minute changes (especially when it was the airlines that forced your plans to change.) Based on current airline reschedule and cancellation frequency, I would not recommend this company, due to their lack of communication.

Wouldn't do this again, save your money. Ordered 4 almost $200, no scent, not worth it. Vendor was not at bottom of escalator for brother's arrival as promised

I was excited to come back to Hawaii for the first time to where I was born, so I wanted to do everything. My parents always received leis when they came in the 60’s, and I wanted the same experience so I purchased this. The leis were pretty but only lasted 2hours before wilting horribly. We were met by someone and they gave them to us and said welcome but that was it. I did ask questions as to what they would recommend doing and they gave suggestions but for the price of this service, I feel like it was not worth it. I should have brought my own leis from when I was a child and would have been as satisfied.
