We needed 3 car seats for our trip. I requested these then double checked. Driver still showed up with out car seats and babies as young as 2 had to ride without a seat. Illegal and unsafe. There were 13 of us so it wasn’t like we could just call another service on the spur of the moment.

Additionally, we have requested to do your return trip back to Orlando Airports. This is to ensure your full satisfaction with our service and prove the way we excel in our performance. However, I must inform you that we had to let Jesus go after this mishap. His personal decision was unacceptable, considering that the notes about the car seats were visible in your reservation. I hope you had a comfortable ride back to MCO airport, and I invite you to share your feedback for the journey. Our driver was Guillermo with Around the Clock. We had great experience and would use their services again.

Prompt pickup and very comfortable vehicle. Not a complaint but would have been nice if a car seat was available for the little one. Great service however
