Had a wonderful time parasailing both of crew was excellent. They took pictures and videos for us. This is our second year and we will b back again. Thank you for an enjoyable trip.

Great experience! The captain of the boat and his assistant were very nice and friendly. They ensure our safety making sure the wind is within the acceptable range that is safe to go parasailing. I went with my 13 y/o and 9 y/o daughters and they both love it and would love to do it again. We were happy and satisfied we get to experience such a fun water/wind sports. I highly recommend the Parasailing we went too. The receptionists were nice and accommodating as well. Overall, our family had a wonderful time. We will definitely get back to South Padre and avail the same boat and captain we used for Parasailing! Thank you for the unforgettable thrilling and exciting experience on Parasailing!

I couldn't reschedule my parasailing trip. My group had an emergency and had to leave. I called the 888 number found on Google several times that morning and nobody answered so I went in person and I asked to cancel or reschedule but they couldn't because I booked the time. So I paid 180 dollars for nothing. I understand shcheduling is important and they can't waste their time. I do understand that if you cancel last minute you're hurting their business but it was an emergency and some accomodations would have been nice. Maybe a discount on a future trip or something would have made me feel better. But I paid to go parasailing and I couldn't go so I got nothing but disappointment from the experience. Not their fault but my experience was awful. No accomodations no nothing. Just a nice girl with a frowny face saying we can't do anything for you. Pretty messed up experience.

Hi Jose, sorry to hear of your experience. However, you arrived for check in and asked to add an extra passenger. Sorry but we were sold out. I know you said all 3 passengers or nothing but again we have a maximum at which we cannot overbook. I apologize I wasn't aware of any emergency.
