This tour is amazing. From start to finish the tour guide (Luis) was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and engaging. This 8 hour tour felt as though it started and ended quickly just because there was a lot of things to do, see, and learn. By far one of the best historical tours I have ever done. It really helps when your tour guide can share stories, is passionate about the subject matter, and a subject-matter expert. The cost for this tour is worth every penny and dollar. It is really that good and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed and you will definitely have a greater respect for what happened at Pearl Harbor. Thank you Luis for this amazing tour!

Our travel agent had switched us to this tour at the last minute and we are so glad that she did. We had three groups, eight people and tour guide and driver Mark. Mark made the tour. He was both personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us an excellent description of why Japan would have carried out the “suicidal” mission of the attack and really added to the tours of the submarine Blowfin and battleship Missouri. This was coupled with general friendly anecdotes of living in the area. You could visit the very moving Arizona memorial by yourself, but the long line of people without reservations waiting in the heat on standby shows the value of taking a tour with experienced operators.

From the minute Luis Gutierrez picked us up at our hotel until the minute he dropped us off we were mesmerized. I've never met another tour guide that was so enthusiastic about his profession. His knowledge and understanding of both world history and the U.S. military provided a fountain of pertinent and interesting information and explanation of the politics and the mechanics of World War II as well as other confrontations. I can't say enough good things about our tour. Thanks Luis!!!
