Great communication, especially since we were flying in that morning from another island. But picking us up at the airport didn't seem to be an option. So we had to Uber to pearl harbor. They did wait for us. But I wouldn't call this a tour. They walked us in, gave our group a briefing, handed us our paperwork to take the ferry over to pearl harbor and then they left. So we could have just booked our own ferry ride and had the same results. They said they would meet everyone back out front at 12:30. We'll, they booked us on the 11:45 pearl harbor ferry ride. So when we got back from the ferry ride and out front, it was 12:45 and no one from our group in sight. So we had to Uber again to the hotel. From the looks of it, we should have just walked in the entrance and bought a ferry pass ourselves because we didn't get anything like a tour. But that is just our experience.

Robert was amazing- best guide we have had in 35 trips. Solemn visit but much local color and interesting details provided.

Pearl Harbor itself was wonderful but getting it through Viator was a rip off. My husband is retired military and we were told we had to picked up at hotel which was an additional $60.00 fee. Our driver was very nice but basically we were dropped off at gate and told to be back in 4 hours and when our time was to go to memorial. We thought we had to see movie at same time so we completely missed the movie because the trip to memorial was at the time and we were scheduled to leave right after that. We thought film and trip to memorial were at same time. We could have gotten in free and paid over $225.00 for tickets and taxi to get picked up. We could have just paid for taxi from Pearl Harbor which we’re told by Viator we couldn’t be dropped off there. Very disappointed and would like refund for tickets that were free for my husband who is a veteran. Basically this is a very expensive ride to pearl harbor from a location you must be picked up from. Pearl Harbor I would definitely recommend but not through Viator The ultimate tour of whale watching was good.
