The karma van was spotless and the guide fabulous. However, their reservation and confirmation system is unacceptable. We selected a time slot and were given a “range”, which then shifted to pick up an hour later than we selected, and arrival at pearl harbor 2 hours later!!! Since we had only 1 day at Waikīkī, we then were unable to do anything other than the Pearl Harbor tour even though we had given ourselves the day based on our flights and reservations. We didn’t even have time to get a nice lunch on Waikīkī. We were beyond furious.

Wow, moving, memorable experience , well presented with sensitivity and compassion. Our driver Charlie was awesome , he showed great respect for the visit, made sure visitors showed the same respect and made the journey to and from super interesting by point things out . Excellent trip
