Robert was a knowledgeable tour guide and super efficient. He communicated ahead of the trip with us well allowing for a smooth pickup at several locations-this is the best I’ve experienced on these group tours honestly. The location itself was somber but Robert found the right balance of honor and respect while telling us a lot of information. Everything was smooth for our family and we had our 75 year old aunt along who enjoyed it as much as we did
