We had a great time with Tophat Tommy and Luke. Perfect weather and we learned a lot about the old town area. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Philadelphia, I’m glad we did this for our anniversary.

Wonderful experience! Great driver and tour guide. Incredibly knowledgeable young man who knew incredible amount of information and wonderful stories that he shared with us almost constantly throughout the 1 hour tour. Fred, the hors, was a bit of a character too. Might seem like a lot of money but worth every penny PS Driver, horse and carriage very clean
