We had 3 confirmations for pickup before travel... the driver sent a text saying he was on the way, and then never showed up. My clients tried to contact him through the link and it said no longer available. They tried calling the number and the agent said she had no idea what to do and could not get a hold of anyone. The clients waited for over an hour while we tried to make contact and find the driver. The agent then told them they had been unassigned. The agent was also very rude and hung up on me twice. They had to take a taxi, and they need to be refunded in full for this luxury transfer that never showed up.
