Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

This is the best way to see any city. I was not only impressed by the trolley drivers knowledge of the area but their ability to be on time while dealing with city traffic. This tour also honored our voucher a day late. Very helpful to travelers who can not control mother nature.

We took the tour to get an overview of Portland after paying $14 for a very hard to find parking space. Except for the very beautiful Washington Park area the various points along the way just didn’t have much to offer besides shops, restaurants and same-looking modern apartment buildings. Even the stories about Portland weren’t that interesting. We felt like our money and time would have been better spent by picking the places we wanted to see and paying parking fees there.

We Purchased this tour and exited at the zoo to spend a couple of hours. When ready to continue our tour, we walked towards our bus stop as the bus was approaching, we were surprised to see that the driver did not stop. She rang her bell twice to announce a stop, passed the pickup point and stopped at the stop sign, then rang her bell to leave. If we waited for the next bus, it would have been 1 more hour. We took the light rail back into town. After talking with sales lady, we receive a credit for half of the tour and an apology. But I am still upset that we never got to see the second half of the tour. This could have been a great tour of the city, but this driver failed us.
