Rickie, our tour guide, was amazing! He was fun, made the tour engaging, and made sure that all his guests were having a good time at all times. I will remember seeing Niagara Falls forever now and a big part of it has to do with Rickie.

Rickie gave the group and excellently winter tour. We came to Niagara Falls NY during the off peak time of the year so we had no crowds.
