We did the 3 Hour Seattle Tour and in those three hours we only made two full stops (15 mins) and one 5 minute photo stop. We were quite disappointed with this as we were hoping to get a better feel for the city. While the website indicates you will visit loads of locations, it is a quick drive by with barely any time to get a photo out of the window. They don't even actually stop the van. The website even has a photo of people getting off the bus to take pictures at the Troll and we just drove right by it without even stopping.
Our driver (can't remember his name), while a good tour guide was a terrible driver. He was constantly slamming on the breaks and accelerating hard so you were being thrown about which caused some nausea. This also made it near impossible to take photos out of the windows as well. All in all, we drove around the city and were handed photos of places which I could have seen on my own off of Google.
This tour is really only good for people with limited mobility or looking for something that has very little time spent outside in the actual city.

Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest review - we're sorry to hear we fell short of your expectations.
It sounds like our Seattle One Day Tour might have been a better option for you as that tour includes a couple of additional stops. Our website does state just the 3 stops for the 3-hour tour, "Stops on this 50-mile Seattle Tour include Pioneer Square, the Ballard Locks and a great city skyline photo opportunity." Our goal on this tour is to give a nice orientation of the city and squeeze as much as we can into 3 short hours.
Safety is our number one priority on our tours and we take our guides' driving very seriously. If you're able to contact us directly with more information, we'd be interested in finding out who your guide was the day of your tour so we can address the slamming breaks and accelerating issues.
We sincerely hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Seattle and hope to hear back from you soon.
Thanks again!
