The 3 hour tour ended up being 4 1/2 hours. We were first to be picked up and last to be dropped off. Our tour guide Mark offered to drop passengers off at hotels which made for a very long tour. He often popped the curbs while make turns practically bouncing us out of our seats each time. There was no apologies from out tour guide he just kept talking like nothing happened. My 75 yo father complained about back pain later in the day from all the bouncing. I understand stand that there are some tight turn and that popping the curb will happen but he could have apologized and check on the passengers which he did not do. The tour was informative but half the tour was showing us rich peoples houses which I found boring and pointless. With there being so many other things to see I think the time could have been spent better. I don’t recommend this tour. They could at least offer water once they passed the 3 1/2 hour point. Very disappointed.

Hi Jason, Thanks for leaving feedback on your experience. While we do ask guests to allow for additional time for pickup and drop off, 4 1/2 hours is not the norm. Tour is perfect if it lasts only 1.5 hrs. Beyond that it didn’t sustain our interest. Too few stops and too much time inside bus/on road. There should’ve been a stop to get a snack or coffee at around 4.30. By the time u r dropped back to your pick up location, it’s been almost 4.5 hrs (our pick up 1.30, drop off 6 pm)

Hi Anjali, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We try to be clear in the tour description that this is a driving tour and will make just 3 short stops throughout the day. The 2pm tour does have to contend with city traffic during the tour drop offs, but we're sorry to hear it took extra long on this particular day - that isn't the norm. A must if you have never been to Seattle and want to see a bit of the city with its history, but only have a half a day to do so. Our tour guide, Lucinda, was so knowledgeable and personable. She gave us ‘tips’ if we were to go back to visit certain places. We stopped at key points in the tour to take pictures and take in the beautiful sites, along with a couple of refreshment breaks. Would definitely recommend for the out-of-towners!
