Travel in an open-air Jeep Wrangler and stop at many prominent vistas, some fairly remote the farther east you go. At the Desert View Watchtower be sure to look at the murals depicting scenes of local Indian culture. Then peer down thousands of feet and witness the mighty Colorado River where it curves and heads to the west. On a clear day, you can see over 100 miles.

I did the Grand Canyon West Rim tour with Pink Jeep and it was well worth the money! The Jeeps are so comfortable and when we got on board we got a cute little snack pack with a muffin and juice for breakfast. Our driver ( unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was great! So friendly and funny, and was so knowledgeable about all of the places we were visiting we learnt so much more than we expected! We got heaps of time at Hoover Dam and at the Canyon, and he was always checking to make sure we were okay/temperature was ok/any questions we had! This is a great tour company and I would definitely recommend for visiting the Grand Canyon!!! It is a very long day but Pink Jeep tours made it great!

We recently took a 3hr Pink Jeep Tour on the Grand Canyon South Rim for our first time at the canyon. The tour guide, Larry, was very knowledgeable and was oozing with great Grand Canyon history and facts. During the tour, Larry drove us to different stops within the Grand Canyon National Park and made sure we got photo ops at each stop. If you're already planning to go into the Grand Canyon National park, you can view all of the same stops without the Pink Jeep Tour, you just won't have the narrator. Pink Jeep tour was a great way for us to see the Canyon while learning some cool things too!

We called from the road, on our way to the Grand Canyon, to book a same day sunset tour knowing the weather may be an issue (monsoon season) and were provided excellent service. We were picked up/dropped off from our hotel lobby, couldn't have been easier. On the way into the park we saw multiple groups of elk, bulls, cows,and calves? (newborns with spots) which were very cool. Amy, our driver, offered information along the route, which was heard by those near the front of the Jeep. Windy ride on a cooler night, heater worked well as did blankets. While trying to outrun the coming storm the rain started and plastic ponchos were handed out. We outran the rain and were taken to a couple beautiful spots (park turnouts) on the road through the park for photo opportunities. Amy did a good job talking/entertaining/informing us with her script and delivering us safely from start to finish. Instead of a sunset, we were treated to a spectacular lightening show (from afar). On the way home, granola bars/water were offered by Amy along with general safety tips for those venturing below the rim. The tour was fine, but I was expecting a trip/visit to spots the general public did not have access, so we were somewhat disappointed based on the price we paid, even including the IMAX movie/DVD option, which according to someone on the tour was very good and suggested rather than just seeing the movie, to take the option of getting the DVD, as they ended up buying the DVD after seeing the movie. We ran out out of time during our brief stay at the canyonnad opted to take the DVD home with us.
