Ray Victor, our private tour guide, was amazing. His tour was the highlight of our vacation. My 15 year old son will hold Ray's insights and knowledge of 9/11 with him forever.

Wonderful experience. Brian was an excellent storyteller. 10/10. Beautiful museum and gave quite a bit of new perspective for me, as someone who was 10 years old when the attack happened. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC.

This tour was very informational, and we were glad we did the tour prior to going to the museum and the observatory. Tim was great and included everyone in the tour!
