Private Arctic Circle Expedition from Fairbanks

This is a small, private tour to the Arctic Circle. Passengers will be riding in a comfy 2025 Toyota Sequoia and brand new winter tires.

Scheduling on the website is a bit tricky and doesn't allow for next day returns, just keep in mind the trip will take 10-12 hours depending on weather and how much time you'd like to spend at each location.

We'll be travelling through mountain passes, river valleys, and possibly seeing the Northern Lights along the way.

This tour is flexible and allows for you to request a stop anywhere along the way to stretch your legs, take photos, or even just enjoy the views.

Pickup Time is completely customizable to work with your schedule!

The trip was great. They didn’t give up until we found the lights at 3 AM and then stayed to take as many pictures as everyone wanted. I can’t wait to see the pictures. If getting a picture under the lights is important to you, I’d recommend going with them. Mike and Nick were very patient and accommodating doing the photos and Josh, our driver, was excellent.

Ian is an amazing guide, he has amazing knowledge of the region with respect to roads, weather and history. The ride was amazing and super comfy, even after 5-6 hours of drive to Arctic Circle we couldn’t feel any fatigue. He spotted early aurora even before complete sunset which gave us enough time to enjoy it and see it dancing. Couldn’t ask for more. I would high recommend to book this tour for anyone planning to visit Arctic Circle!

BOOK THIS TOUR! I had an amazing experience on this tour. I cannot say enough great things about the tour guide Ian. He knows ALL things Alaska and I was constantly surprised by all the things he shared with me. He has great stories and is an excellent driver. He is ready in case of an emergency and has a safety briefing before you get going. This tour and the Alaska Railroad trip were the two best parts of my trip to Alaska. No Northern Lights in August but I still think the trip was worth it. The food at the restaurant for dinner was surprisingly delicious and they have a great gift shop. On top of that, he takes fantastic photos!
