Very memorable. I’ll definitely remember to never use Viator ever again. They altered my reservation and when I realized, I called them to rectify the reservation. They said there was nothing they could do now, so I have to cancel and request a refund. The agent then proceeded to “help me” book another reservation with the correct drop off location. She booked it and assured me everything would now be fine moving forward. 5 minutes later, the tour guide for Carmel called and said they couldn’t follow through with the reservation because the information provided was inaccurate again. I called aviator again and explained to them the situation. They assured me again that they were going to amend the reservation and everything would be fine. I landed in Alaska at 11pm and was basically stranded at the airport. I reached out to Carmel, who has great customer service btw, and they explored that the changes were never made. Fed up with the back and forth, I reached out to Viator on 3way so the 2 company could communicate in real time and during the call, the Viator agent basically hung up on both of us. What a terrible experience. Oh, and they fought me on granting me a refund. Never again.
