The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

We ordered the SUV voucher and a Toyota Camry was sent which is a different price. It was very confusing because I was speaking with 2-4 different people for one pickup. They texted the day before to confirm and called as I was landing and again before I was able to get off the plane. This was an international flight so it took 45-90 min to deplane and receive luggage from customs. I received 2 more calls while waiting for my luggage and a picture of the car. I called them when I was informed of the car type for it to be corrected before excited the terminal. I explained that we had 6 bags and my husband and I are both of 6'1 and wouldn't fit comfortably in that size car. When we exited, the Camry pulled up and tried to convince us we could fit, we just flew 15+ hrs in economy airline seats, no way were we going to cram again after that flight. I called them again and they stated a different car would be there in 5min, 10 min later I called for a status and the dispatch conferenced in the driver who asked why I kept calling and stated I just needed to wait. Moments later a SUV pulled up, but that whole exchange and the back and forth was frustrating and was not customer friendly.

It was great flight was delayed 3 hours and they were ready and waiting when we got our bags. Made the trip better

Driver was very helpful and clear instructions on arrival that ensured no delays in picking us up. The car was exactly what we expected and was very clean. Overall we were very pleased with the experience
