Drivers were excellent only gave 4 stars because communication could have been better regarding pick up time from hotel a text message or message left at hotel would be very helpful

We really appreciated the timeliness and friendliness of the service at our arrival on 11/16. The return trip on 11/25, however, was a little uncomfortable as the driver - although friendly and on time - brought up the fact that he relies on tips about 5 times. We left him a big tip because we felt obligated. Service would be better if drivers refrained from talking about tips to riders.
