Both transfers were smooth and the drivers very professional. I was slightly anxious as I had not booked transfers before however would certainly recommend tripadvisor and I will be using them again in the future.

Our driver was there before we even had our bags. Company is very professional. Cars are very clean! Highly recommend!!

On arrival Burton’s were waiting for us (even though it took us 90 mins to get from the plane to get out luggage due to 3 planes landing and only 2 CBP officers for non US citizens - buts that’s another story). The driver was very pleasant on the way to the hotel talked about New Orleans and the best places to go, I was very impressed with him. The minibus was clean, tidy and nice and cool. We were the only ones on the bus so the trip was hassle free and I would highly recommend the service. My only criticism was the phone number given by Tripadvisor to ring wasn’t working and there was no other way to make contact considering the delay at customs and the T&C’s state unless you make contact after 60 mins you will be deemed a no show but that is not the fault of the driver or Burton’s as there was a fault on the line, but a second contact number would be advisable.
