Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

The trip itself was faultless only problem is once you get to the airport you have to ring them and without a phone you have to look for change I was informed there was a free phone number but it was not printed on my confirmation

Got delayed by 2hrs, unable to contact the travel company. When we arrived contacted the travel company who told us to stand at door No1. After 1hr waiting called again and spoke to a slightly arrogant male who would not believe me that someone from his company told us to stand at door No1. Eventually got picked up and delivered to the hotel.

Several of the trips we booked for our California tour seemed to require reconfirmation, something we had not been required to do before. The airport transfer was one of them so we were worried on arrival at SFO that our car was not there. Luckily, it seems the transfer company was used to this happening as we called them immediately we had mobile service and they sent a driver within minutes. It would be useful if it could be made clearer when reconfirmation is required in future.
