Cool ride through the dunes. Experience was dope but the issue for me is that the tour guides charge another separate fee of $30 after you pay through Viator for “park fees” when in reality the majority of the land outside of of the Vegas strip is considered public property.

We are very sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied. The fees are to cover more than just that, but we do reach out to everyone before there arrival to let them know of the fees. Also we have the best atv’s and the cheapest price an Vegas. And our family own business provides the best service possible. We believe we deserve better than a 2 star review. Not to mention all the extra things we did for you such as free video’s and pictures were taken and provided for free. We would love to see you again an the future. The company did not call us after being a hour and 30 minutes late to pick us up, we had to keep calling them. Finally they picked us up. Then they did not offer us the bottle waters as mentioned in the website. We was a party of six and did not get to ride in the party/shutle bus, but they wanted they extra 30 dollars fee when we got to the dessert to ride. The actual atv riding was awesome, but customer service need to be worked on. Also we was told that they would send us the videos and pictures that took of us and our ride, and they have yet sent it to us. We have called several times and no answer and no call back. We only have a few pictures we took,but it would have been good to get the actual pictures of us riding.

As you were told there was an accident and our driver was stuck in it you were picked in luxuries cars including a Range Rover and a Mercedes’ Benz, and water is provide before every ride and as we recall you never ask for water. Regarding your pictures as a courtesy we send you the pictures we took but we haven’t received any call from you guys. Please feel free to contact us.
