We paid for transportation from our hotel to the airport and the experience was awful. When we scheduled the time with the lady in the phone she told me that we couldn’t pick an earlier time to be picked up. We wanted to be sure that we arrived to the airport in time and were able to check any bags etc. so we settled for a later time than we wanted. Then the day comes for transport comes and we had received no call or text like they say they will if there is a delay etc. so I have to call multiple times to find out what’s going on, at this point we call and ask for a refund but the manager (who doesn’t have voicemail setup-sketch) was on a “very important call and couldn’t talk” - probably another customer complaint I imagine at this point. So we made other arrangements and our driver with the new company was there within 5 minutes. I requested a refund and was given a partial refund of $20 okie of the $100 paid. I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. We were advised by the hotel to use Uber or Lyft to start with. Should have listened. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of using this company. Customer was not any better.
