Please do not book this tour for you family. You will be disappointed. I gave it the benefit of doubt with that one bad review but because of how the company responded I booked. However the previous review were 100% right. What you are getting is transportation service. That is all. You’re not getting a history tour or knowledge of DC. You’re getting picked up and dropped off to the locations. Our driver tried his best with being a marathon the same day, but the company should of know better and informed us the tour is possible but better after this time. The driver was also heavily dependent on his GPS. No music, no interaction, nothing, he pointed out things but I can too from looking at my gps. Icing on the cake is we got into a fender bender. Driver didn’t ask my family if they were okay. He just kept going. I contacted the direct company and got hung up on. I went through trip advisor to get back at least half. The driver spent his time so I agree he needs to be paid but. Save the headache and pass this booking. Don’t trust the response of the company either.

Dc is a very busy city . Sorry you lost time in traffic but you almost got free ride with discount .Still complain?

Our driver was excellent. He made sure we were as close as possible as we are an older couple with limited mobility. He was timely, friendly and very courteous. Thank you so much!
