Our girls loved their surf lessons and learned a lot. I think they had Dave(?) but he was so fun and joked with the girls that made them so relaxed and easier to learn. I wish I would’ve signed myself up.

DO NOT BOOK! I WAS SEXUALLY HARASSED! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Book with any other surf school in the area! The owner is currently threatening to take me to court if i post this review (even though it is 100% honest) but people need to know what this business is really like!!! Had a private surf lesson today and was sexually harassed by the instructor. He continuously asked me out even though I gave no impression I was interested, made comments about my body, talked to me about female and male genitalia and called me uncomfortable nick names. Not only that but he made fun of my surfing abilities during a BEGINNER lesson. On top of this, the waves were much too big for a beginner to surf (4 ft high) this was not a learners beach and i did not feel safe surfing there. I told my instructor this multiple times and he responded by telling me that fear is a mentality. I didn't catch a single wave or improve my surfing at all. I spoke with the owner about this who told me he could not provide a refund because there was no proof that I had been sexually harassed and the instructor is a good guy. The owner refused to provide me a refund and told me the reason I was so upset was because they had a strict cancellation policy??? Wow I feel so disrespected!

This event as serious as it may sound never happened...Erin is upset she was not refunded because she felt she did not "catch enough" waves. So she threatened to write a bad review and fabricate an extremely serious allegation we wish her the best and advise her to seek a mental health professional.

Gordon was our instructor and he was great. My teenage boys had a blast learning surfing basics with him. The whole process was easy from booking to the lesson. Little to no parking at meeting point so plan to arrive with plenty of time to spare to hunt down a parking spot.
