After your visit, including a walk through the visitor center which documents many of the concerts over the years, you may be inspired to attend one of the many events that take place throughout the summer.

Lariat Loop National Scenic Byway
You will continue on the Lariat Loop and pass through the town of Evergreen, where you can walk along a peaceful lake and get a coffee or beer in historic downtown. Later your group will drive through the beautiful Bear Creek Canyon back to Denver.

Evergreen
Spend sometime window shopping or grab a drink of your choice from the oldest cafe and bar in town, the Muddy Buck. In the winter we enjoy walking around the frozen mountain lake nestled away in this cute Colorado Mountain town.

Lookout Mountain
You then climb to Lookout Mountain. Colorado is full of western stories and lore, including that of the infamous Buffalo Bill Cody. His grave, and a museum dedicated to his legacy, is located atop of Lookout Mountain and the views over the Rockies and the Great Plains are fantastic.

Stop for a coffee/beer or some souvenir shopping.
