Our flight was cancelled by AA on Saturday 6th, advised company as soon as we knew and requested if we could reschedule transfer for Monday when our airline reschedule us.
Didn’t get a response. Driver (July) told us she was on her way, we explained that we needed to reschedule. She was very polite and said she was almost at the hotel. She would stop and would call handler. She tried to help but we never got contacted back by company.
