My plan was late. The driver leave there. the driver knew I was waiting for the prison, but it wrote that he would not have to wait any longer. Thief

The customer did not communicate whatsoever! Driver and Dispatch tried to communicate many times and the client never responded hours before the ride and when the driver was onsite. Hotel Guest Services said the client checked out. The driver's phone number was also provided to the client, but it was never used.
