Legoland is over an hour away from the Orlando airport. The operator cancelled our booking 30 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, citing car troubles, and didn’t even call to let us know they had done so. Instead of giving any help so we could find an alternative mode of transportation, they just refunded the money and wished us luck catching our flight. So I ended up having to scramble to find an Uber large enough to take my 5 person family with luggage to the airport in time. We ended up getting to the gate as boarding started, with a lot of additional sweat and anxiety. When I complained about the service, they unhelpfully compared it to an airline cancelling a flight. I didn’t bother mentioning to them that besides a refund, many airlines commit to rebooking the passengers on another flight, as well as pay for hotel accommodations. I would not recommend using this company to anybody.

Hello,
No one can control technical accidental failures of vehicles, the same thing if your plane does not fly for technical reasons. Will they immediately put you on another plane? No, they will offer the next flight which will be many hours later, we could also offer you another car which will be free for several hours later but then you would lose your plane. That's why we informed you about this in advance as soon as we found out that there were problems with the car on the road.
Understanding people understand that the technical accidental failures is not in our control, yes, they will offer you another reception where you will wait for hours, and in the auto transport service if we offered you a car for 2 hours then you would be late for your flight, and don't you think if the car broke down during your trip with you? Understanding travelers do not immediately write bad things when especially we met you and took you to Legoland.
