We had scheduled a self-guided river raft on the Provo. When we arrived at the launch site, the oars had been taken from the rafts. While we were waiting for an employee to bring some up the canyon to the launch site, a different employee had put one of our two rafts in the water. It floated down river. After a 30+ minute wait, over half of our group, 9 out of 16, ended up on tubes, which is absolutely not what we wanted or paid for. At the take out point, I requested a refund. The employee laughed about what had happened. He called a supervisor, they came up with half off for those that had to go on tubes. I believe, at the very least, those that had to go on tubes should have been free of charge.
