What a great trip. Easy boarding process. The ferry was clean and spacious. Drinks were great. Very punctual too

My partner and I enjoyed the ferry ride a lot! However there are a few things we had trouble with : 1. The wharf was a little difficult to find because on the maps, both Long Wharf South and Long Wharf North are identified. On your website they just call it Long wharf . 2. the PA system was very faint and difficult to hear for those of us on the outside decks. I couldn't tell if he was giving us emergency information or not. 3. Having trash cans on the outside decks would have been appreciated. 4. Staff was excellent, friendly, professional.
