The three teenage hockey players we took on the 2 hour rafting trip had a great time on their first rafting trip! We got splashed and dried a bit and then got splashed again! We enjoyed the Class 2 & 3 rapids of the Shoshone River and our tour guide Mike shared some history and stories about what we saw along the way. I would highly recommend Red Canyon River Trips, located next to the Irma Hotel!

River ride was great; however, I believe the guide showed preferential treatment to a few "good looking ladies" as opposed to the rest of the group. That should be watched; we all pay the same price. Location of business office looks a little seedy; but equipment was in top notch shape

Hi Bill, Thank you for writing in the review.Im so sorry that you didn’t get the attention that you needed from your tour.I really don’t know what to say about that.Ive been a rafting guide for many years myself and I’ve seen it to where you have a connection with a couple of people in the boat snd you tend to talk to them more.It shouldn’t happen and I do hold my guides to a certain level of professionalism.As far as the boat shop.I can understand.It is getting old and we need to replace the building,but that is expensive.We do not own the spot though and am really now sure how long we will be in that location.The size of the lot is not very big so the boat shop is small.The location is the most important,so we are having to make due.We charge less money than the other companies because of we do not have a huge overhead.Tomrentbs building on the same street is up to 4800$ per month and we do upgrade our equipment every year,but it’s hard to upgrade the building because that would be a huge expense.One day it’ll happen but we try to invest in certain things every year and nobody has ever cared about the boatshop,they normally only care about the tour.Thank you for taking the time to write in a review.It is very important to us to know how to make experiences better for our guests. We had an ahhhhh-mazing time on our rafting trip! Our guides Jase and Matt did an excellent job of informing us what to do along with making it a very fun experience for all four of us! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone! Be prepared to get wet in the refreshing river rapids!
