Rachel was a wonderful guide! She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Richmond and its history and was very enjoyable to spend time with. I highly recommend her as a guide!

The tour guide Rachel is very nice and knowledgeable. It was our first time to ride segway. We were afraid of falling at the beginning. After training, the ride is very enjoyable. We had very good experience and time.

Wonderful tour w/ Racheal. She was quick to teach us the Segway, informative, and a joy to be around. Our family saw so much and had a great time together. The Segway is a perfect way to get around!
