This was a great trip! We had views that were not to be found except by this train. Lacey and Paul were our hosts, and they were both great. The hotels were great on the overnights.

For our mother daughter trip this year we decided to switch it up and travel by train. Rocky Mountaineer’s Rockies to the red rocks was recommended to us by our travel agent and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The company was very well organized. Kelsey from the Denver station help us check in and personally make sure we made it to the train. The train itself was very nice with comfortable seats and great leg room. The large widows were great for see all the amazing views. We were well fed the entire time. Our chef Rae was amazing. She explained each course to us and cooked it to perfection. The crew for our train car did an outstanding Job. Tristian and Lacey were very knowledgeable about our surroundings. They kept us well entertained with history, fun facts and stories along the way. They also made sure all our needs were met and kept us hydrated. Our stay in Glenwood Springs was nice. They had our room keys and directions ready for us before we left the train and our luggage was wait for us in our room when we arrived. The staff was great at making sure our plans were set when arrived in Moab. They made sure that we knew where we were going and helped move our rental car closer to our drop off location. The crew in Moab gave us more history and fun facts about the area as they bused us to our rental car. Overall Rocky Mountaineer exceed our expectation and was well worth the price.

There was not one glitch throughout the entire process from booking until being dropped off at trips end. The staff is professional , attentive and excellent at their jobs. The scenery is obviously the primary reason for taking this trip and it is as good as advertised. I highly recommend this experience.
