My friend and I came out to Colorado for our spring break this year, and we decided to zip line here as the kind of "last hurrah" for our trip. It was a blast! It was significantly colder up in the mountains than we were expecting (not being from anywhere near mountains) but we were moving enough that it wasn't a huge discomfort. The guides were very friendly and made us all feel welcome and safe. All in all, we did six zip lines and saw some amazing views as the snow fell on the mountains around us.
I would highly recommend this activity for those looking to add a little adventure to their trip and who can confidently hike up mountainous terrain. I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or less active lifestyles as I did find I was out of breath quite a lot with the uphill hiking, snowy footings, and thin & crisp mountain air. Great fun and would come again for sure!
