The ziplining itself was super fun, but staff was rude. The other members of our group all had a water bottle that attached to their gear, and I asked about this, as myself or my kids didn't have one. They condescendingly asked me, "Did you buy one?" It was never offered to me to purchase ahead of time, but they made sure to offer me the $60 GoPro package. So, we were already out at the park at this point, so we had no water and then they joked (in front of everyone) that if you didn't purchase water, "Sorry, you'll have to wait until we pull our water and cups out later" and then laughed. I felt this was at my expense, since I had just asked about the water bottles. Very unprofessional and for what we paid, I was disappointed.
