As this tour involves some hiking, good physical condition is required.
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum weight is at least 40lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers that do not meet this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.

This zip line adventure was so much fun and most importantly, the staff took safety very seriously which is what you want when ziplining!! They were super energetic, friendly and encouraging as well.

The zip lines were a lot of fun, however, it was our guides made our adventure outstanding! Thank you for a great afternoon. I would recommend it to everyone.

We are from NC and we were there in mid-April. It was in the teens and a little snowy. This experience was awesome and we didn’t feel the temps one bit. The staff has safety on their minds at all times. Throughout the experience, we were taught and retaught, then reminded of what to do to ensure we were flying and safe while doing so. They start off with some lower stress lines before the larger/faster lines come into play. We went with our 10 year old and he had a whale of a time. The first few lines they went with him and when they felt he was able, he went off on his own and it was a great feeling watching our child become confident enough to do this on his own. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Besides having an over abundance of skills, equipment, and patience, they had some really good jokes. (You will hear more snail jokes than you thought existed) Everyone there made it their business to make sure we felt safe and our spirits high in the sub-freezing temps. They even made sure our Go-Pros were working the whole time. We are middle aged so if we can do this Adventure, so can anyone. This is a GREAT way to do something different on a vacation in a beautiful place with people who genuinely want you to be there. We will return one day…just on a warmer day.
