Overall this was an effective way to tour the Saguaro National Park in Tucson. I had a problem pairing the tour audio with my car multimedia, but we listened on my iPhone. The pronunciation of key words during the audio was occasionally incorrect (Sonoran). Was it computer generated?

I am glad you found the Saguaro National Park tour effective, Virginia! It sounds like there might have been a Bluetooth hiccup for the car audio connection. Next time, a quick check of the settings might do the trick to get it playing through your car's speakers. And to clarify, real people, not computers, indeed narrate our audio stories—we'll double-check the pronunciations to ensure everything's spot-on. I hope your next trip is even smoother!

Enjoyed the tour. Had a little trouble getting the Android Auto working with the app, but I blame the car / Android Auto, not the tour app. Already recommended it to family for a future visit. One thing that was not clear from the Trip Advisor app/page was that there are two tours included. I wish the Trip Advisor page explained that. We just went to the address that was listed in Trip Advisor. We did not realize there were two distinct and separated parks and when we finished the West tour, we were confused where to go for the East tour. I wish the audio would have given an address verbally to go to. We had no cell service at the end of the West tour which added to the confusion.
