We'll set sail from Safeharbor Sunroad Marina on Harbor Island on San Diego Bay, we often see Sea Lions and occasionally Dolphins frolicking, and we always have a fantastic time! White wine, soda, water are available on board complimentary

For a private sailing experience for you and your friends only, feel free to book all 6 seats

If you don't see a date scheduled that your interested in, reach out! We sail daily and can usually accommodate you!

  • Each person regardless of age MUST have a paid ticket due to strict Coast Guard regulations. Extra person's regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding.
  • Be sure to follow the link under "Special Instructions" on your Viator ticket after booking for a detailed map, photos, directions & video of our meeting point.
  • Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship or flight
  • Minimum drinking age is 21 years
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • When combining reservations, each out to us directly We will do our best to accommodate pairing up mixed groups, but may not be able to due to strict Coast Guard regulations regarding passenger capacity per boat.

I took my dad and brother on a sail for Father's Day and we had a great time. Aaron was very knowledgeable about sailing and the SD Harbor. He was very accommodating and went over-and-above to ensure we had a good time. He's a genuine guy with a great sense of humor. The boat was beautiful and well-kept. Go for a sail with Aaron. You won't regret it!

This boat is beautiful! Do not think all boats are equal when looking for a charter. This boat has a great layout for hanging out at either end of the boat, including some legit bean bags at the bow. It’s the perfect spot to sip some wine and sail away all life’s worries. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Aaron is a great captain and you won’t find any awkward moments. He’s laid back, has a sense of humor, and is great at explaining sailing or any of the landmarks around the bay for anyone feeling curious. If you’re looking for experienced, laid back captain, with a beautiful yacht to cruise. Castoff Sailing is the way to go!! We loved it.
