This was a 1st for me ! Our ride was amazing and the staff was so nice . We had some drinks and ate some food . The sites were pretty

We showed up to the dock site only to be told by a very rude woman that the ferry was broken down. She proceeded to close the entry way and walk away. We were later notifed that we could not get a refund because the ferry was never broken down. All around disappointed.
