I thought it was a perfect day to be on the San Diego harbor. I have no small boat experience, much less speed boats. I am also in the senior citizen age and not as spry as I once was. I found it to be a great experience. I loved it, and as soon as it was over, I wondered why there isn't a sunset or sunrise experience. The guide was excellent and solicitous about our safety. Another regret is I went alone and talking photos while cruising the wakes was a bit hard. The boats at high speed go off the crest of a wave or wake then fall back into the water. I guess the nautical equivalent of a bump or airpocket. If you have back problems or find rollercoaster rides difficult, I would talk to the tour company before getting a ticket.

What a super-fun trip. Our guide Erin was very patient and provided us with a great tour. Good instruction before getting on the boat. Free parking too. Would definitely recommend this activity. Weekdays are less crowded on the water. Oh and expect your hat to blow off unless securely tightened 😉

Great fun and great views. Guide was friendly, and helpful. Tip: Boats are not good for people over 6ft - no room for driver’s legs! My husband had to sit with his legs out to the side which wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, had a great time.
