Well we book the 7pm dinner cruise....noone told us as we arrived at 610pm that all the parking along side the dock area was 3 hrs only...mind you the cruise itself is 3hrs we would still have to dock and deboard and hope to not have a $250 fine....so after calling your csr rep...we explained that we needed a 4hr parking so she gave us an address she said was 6min away ...so after going to the parking... not only was it not 4hrs, it was only 2hrs, so we have to now travel farther away to spend $40 at an ace parking for 4hrs.....then barely make it to the boat to be told parking is free after 6pm🤬🤬🤬 This was a total disregard for your customers... to not have clear parking directions on your site, but then when we speak with a rep, they don't even know the correct parking details....we will never patronage this cruise line again

The reception at arrival was great.. The 3 course meal was good, we loved it. The purpose of our trip was to have a great time and to dance the night away, unfortunately the music was not good and the DJ did not play music that anybody liked, therefore nobody danced at all.
