A great way to get an overview of San Diego and see the highlights of the city in half a day! I recommend this tour if either you don't have a lot of time to see the city, or if you want to get an idea of the city and have more time to revisit the places you liked afterwards. If you want to spend quite a bit of time at each site, a hop on/hop off tour would better suit your needs.

The tour started off in Little Italy, then took us through stops in La Jolla, Mt. Soledad, Old Town, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, and finally ended in the Gas Lamp district. At each stop, you are allotted about 20-30 minutes to explore the area before heading to the next location.

I have nothing but great things to say about Roxane, our tour guide for the day, and also the owner of the tour company San Diego Rides and Tours. She's not a native of the city, but it doesn't make her any less knowledgeable about it. My mom has been to San Diego four times, and she still saw and learned something new on this tour. Roxane is friendly and was easy to communicate with to organize our pick-up and drop off points. It is evident that she is passionate about this business and the city, and it shows in her interactions with customers! Even after our tour was over, I was able to get in touch with her to get recommendations about other sites in the city. Thank you for the great experience, Roxane!

Our tour guide,I cannot remember her name but she was french and quite knowledgeable about the San Diego area. This is a great way to see the highlights and where you may want to return for more time. We wished they would have offered the tour on the day we arrived but still a great tour . Fun facts
