We had a great experience! It was our first time in San Diego, so we had no idea what to expect or do. This tour was a great first activity to get us an overview of the city. Roxanne was very informative & friendly!

During our recent visit to San Diego we joined up with Victor who gave us a most comprehensive and interesting tour. We saw the highlights of what the city has to offer including an excursion to La Jolla. Thank you, Victor. We loved every moment and appreciated those warm tortillas!

We had high hopes for this tour after reading previous good reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed. First, the bus driver was late arriving and members of the tour group were late arriving so the tour left almost 30 minutes late. Then, our bus driver did not know the route and had difficulty understanding English so our our guide had a hard time communicating directions with him. There were many missed turns and the order of our tour had to change because he was unsure where he was going. He narrowly avoided a few accidents and there were times we felt unsafe on the bus. Because we left late our time at some of the stops was limited more than it originally should have been so we did not get to see all we were hoping to. Despite these shortened experiences, we still arrived back later than we were supposed to. We liked our tour guide Suzanne. She was very knowledgeable and did her best to maintain an upbeat tour despite the setbacks. However, we would not be able to recommend this tour to others based on the overall experience.

Hello Melissa, thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry you didn’t fully enjoyed the tour. The driver was 15mins late, due to some roads constructions that the city was doing. Roads were closed. The driver was a new driver, so he didn’t know the roads by heart, but he was never driving in a unsafe way. At all. However the tour guide should have never shortened the stops, and I’m so so sorry about that, and this is why I agreed to process a partial refund. Again I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and if you ever come back to San Diego, I will offer you a 20% discount on any of our tours. Thank you
