Very much enjoyed our super friendly and knowledgeable guide, Roxanne!! The gift bag with the much needed water and snack was much appreciated. The information sheet is a nice touch to provide! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Diego.

The Tour Guide was knowledge about the various landmarks visited. Disappointed that snacks and bottled water were not provided. Temp outside in high'60's and the bus air conditioning on full blast. I was told there was no in-between level; either off or full blast. The exit stops did not have water for purchase. If it was hotter outside one could have become dehydrated. Locating the Guild hotel was difficult because the plaque is located on rt-side and etched in-stone above the door is YMCA. It would help to let individuals know an ACE parking lot is available a block away at a price of $20 for 12 hrs or less.

Hello Gale, I’m so sorry you didn’t fully enjoyed the tour! It was a cold day, and I’m sure the driver would have been ok to reduce the AC. Concerning the pick up location, at the Guild hotel, I’m so sorry you had trouble finding it, I give very details information, on where to meet, and never had an issue I’m so sorry. And usually the group text me back to know where to park if they need it, and I always indicate few parking lots around the pick up location. Hope you enjoy your stay in San Diego, your feed back is very important to us, if there is anything I can do to make your experience better, please let me know. Thank you!
