We had a blast!!! Bailey and Captain Johnny were very entertaining. Laughed the whole way! On the water portion we saw many sea lions sunbathing and even got a dolphin show. Highly recommend.

Awesome tour of SD. Mermaid and Cowboy were great! We were able to see everything the beautiful city had to offer ie the bay, ships, sea lions, dolphins. Mermaids commentary was interesting and funny. Cowboy was a kind and helpful to our friends who needed help on the boat due to wheelchairs, handicaps etc. Customer service was good when trying to get tickets, however, when trying to get a refund it was not so great. We were in town for the Transplant Games of America. Two athletes were still competing due to a delay and could not make it back for the tour. They would not refund me for the 2 tickets. Overall tour gets 5 stars. Customer Service 3 stars and lesson learned. Not mad just really disappointed and will think twice before booking again for large party.

We were struck out in the water for over an hour on our first day in San Diego. Staff not apologetic enough for us. Vehicles should be serviced better. We missed another tour planned.
