We loved the tour guides and the music on the trolley. Loved the recommendations of things to do at each stop and food recommendations.

Worst experience! The Coronado station, pick up station the lady working there was very unprofessional, extremely rude we could not board she asked us proof of purchase after all 11 of us were wearing stickers we spent over 700 dollars for all of our tickets just to be accused and treated like we were trying to board for free. Everyone showed proof of purchase making all stickers in plain view and still questions the receipt. Never recommended this service to ANYONE.
